Pete Thompson

Peter Thompson is a veteran of the United States Army. He served from 1966 to 1972 as Special Ops Advisor to the 61st ARVN Artillery, and he achieved the rank of captain. Thompson earned a Bronze Star and the Vietnamese Medal of Honor for his service.

This profile of Army Veteran Pete Thompson is the product of a collaboration between Eagle Valley Student Media and VFW Post 10721 Minturn for Veterans Day 2020 and the Veterans History Project of the Library of Congress.
