Eagle Valley Student Media reporter Bella Rulon ‘20 captures footage for the broadcasting competition. Following the Press Conference, Rulon and other student broadcasters roamed the Capitol interviewing students, advisers, and Capitol Hill visitors and capturing b-roll to gather right information and quotes for their competition packages.
