An Hour in Intro to STEM

There is a new STEM teacher at Eagle Valley High School this year, and the class has been making some pretty cool projects so far. Photojournalist Abigail Scharf goes behind the scenes to give you the inside look at what’s going on in Ms. Martin’s Intro to STEM class this semester.

STEM1
This semester at Eagle Valley High School, Intro to STEM takes place during 4th and 5th hours and is taught by Ms. Martin. STEM stands for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The students get prompts and design projects around them. For the project they’re working on today, students need to make things that light up.
