Nzanel, a 1st grader, at L.O.A. M.O. primary school, smiles as she plays outside in her school’s courtyard after she has finished her daily chores of hanging laundry. A washer and dryer are one of the many machines these children don’t have the luxury of owning or using. L.O.A.M.O. is located in a very poor area of Arusha, Tanzania and most of the children who go to this school live a way of life that many Americans would call old-fashion.
